g0vP. look from above straight down above the headlights, you will see two whiteish (plastic) bolts. they fit either a T15 torx driver or allan/hex (maybe 8mm? bigger than 6mm) if you're working on the passenger side and facing the front of the car, the left screw is for left/right and the other for up/down.

Posted March 7, 2021. Original new Focus MK3 HID headlights are indeed very expensive. There may be cheaper sources but £1500 a piece from a main Ford dealer is not uncommon. As far as I know there are no aftermarket manufacturers that produce replacement headlights for the original HID headlights. Depending on how bad the water ingress was

Adjust the vertical bolt, located on the top of the headlight assembly near the center of the vehicle to raise or lower the headlight, using a crosspoint screwdriver. Turn the screw counterclockwise to lower the headlamp beam; turn the screw clockwise to raise the headlamp beam. Adjust the headlamp so that the beam is below a driver's eye level.

The replacement bulb for the headlight in you Focus is a 9003. There are several variations to this number though. For example GE/Sylvania has a 9003CB--CB standing for "Cool Blue", 9003XV--XV standing for Xtra Vision, etc. Hopefully you plan on replacing both bulbs when you go to do so. Position the car on level ground by parking 10 to 15 feet from a dark garage door or wall with the headlights aimed toward the wall. Bounce the car on all four corners a few times to level out the shocks, then measure the distance from the ground to each headlight to make sure they’re level. 2. Measure the Lights. Both the xenon headlights on my 2016 Ford Focus ST mk3.5 are broken and i need to get a new pair, but are really expensive in the UK . I am able th change the beam pattern from left to right with the onboard computor switch gear in my car .

Evening All, My 2015 MK3.5 Tit X has decided that the drivers side headlight is going to start doing a dance as I drive along, and the dashboard is now telling me that its having a headlight malfunction. I have the full auto light package with the xenons. It is booked with Ford. Hopefully this is covered by the warranty!
